Best web hosting site?

I am looking to start my first web site to hopefully advertise on and make some money.

The most important things I need is for the web hosting site to submit my pages to all the major search engines so my site gets as much traffic as possible. As i am a beginner I would also like it to be easy to use and for everything to be included in the package.

So can anyone recommend the best site for this? Also, any other advice about starting my own web site would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
