What program can I use to monitor web pages for changes?

I need a program to monitor a list of web pages and alert me (via email or RSS) when specified parts of any of the pages change. I%26#039;d like to run it on a shared web hosting account, so PHP, Python, etc. would be nice. I%26#039;ve used Webmon (http://www.markwell.btinternet.co.uk/web... in the past, but it doesn%26#039;t do email or RSS alerts and it runs under Windows, so I have to keep my desktop machine on all the time.

My Webbie Hosting%26#039;s cheapest plan, the LITE plan which costs $3.95/month only, has the all features that you posted. Check their $3.95 plan%26#039;s webpage for more info.
